- Overall Thickness: 250 micron rigid vinyl (UPVC)

- Adhesive: High performance aqueous acrylic with excellent ageing characteristics and UV resistance, with a 36µ clear polyester release film.
Available in widths of up to: 880mm x 20m or 880mm x 40m (on 76mm cores)
Features: This product is designed for use as a permanent opaque white backing for pop up display panels which have been inkjet printed on our Velvet Display Graphics Films (F250CLVD). It adds the desired opacity and balance of stiffness and flexibility to the resulting pop-up display panel.
Lamination Details: Room temperature(15-25 degrees C).
Avoid use of hot laminating equipment as this could cause the material to expand after lamination resulting in unsightly "white edges" on display panels.
Pressure: For best results use zero to minimum application pressure
Speed: .3m -1.75m per minute.
Store material at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
